Weekdays at 5:17 and 8:15. Re-run it here if a run failed or you want a fresh one.
Sundays at 5pm: brings the knowledge base up to date and plans your week (what slipped, next week's shape, deadlines, prep). Run inbox actions first for an up-to-date task list. Arrives by email with a link.
Scans your mailbox, extracts actions, opens the review screen to push tasks to To Do and book diary blocks.
Opens your scheduling dashboard to book time in Outlook for this week's tasks, including blocks suggested by the Week planner.
Drafts this week's update to directors and saves it as an Outlook draft.
Drafts the full board report in your template, rolled forward from your last final deck, plus a Word notes file with sources. Both land in the knowledge folder under board/packs/drafts. Runs in the cloud.
Two steps. Brief reviews the quarter and saves the questions only you can answer (reports/briefs) - go through them in a Claude session. Draft then writes the report in your Word format, following your latest strategy deck and your answers, plus a verification document showing the source of every statement. Both are saved to the knowledge folder under reports and emailed to you. Runs in the cloud, for the quarter just ended.
Lets the buttons above start tools on your PC. Start it by double-clicking Control Room launcher in the state gas planning folder; it pairs itself with this page. To pair again, make sure it is running and press Pair.
The Week planner, morning briefing and board tools run in the cloud and need their own Microsoft sign-in, including access to your knowledge folder in OneDrive. Do this once, and again if the Week planner email says the sign-in has expired.
Needed only for the Re-run buttons. A fine-grained token limited to your repositories with Actions: read and write. It is kept in this browser only.
